How to Order - 3 easy steps...
Step 1 – Make your choice:
Choose your mat and size or attach the logo image in a mail and send to sales@galwaymatsupply.ie
The Logo file can be a jpg, png or PDF file.
We are always available for advice on design, colour or choice of mat products and can be mailed for enquiries.
Step 2 - Production:
Once you have confirmed your order, production and quality checks will commence.
Step 3 – Dispatch:
Delivery can then take place with one of our national couriers.
Returns, Cancellations and Changes
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you have an issue and would like to discuss it further, please email us at sales@galwaymatsupply.ie or call (091)739675 between 9am and 5pm.. Monday to Friday. Our refund/returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. As all our products are custom made to each individual customer's specifications we only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the product for the same item, please send an email to sales@galwaymatsupply.ie. Thank you.
1. Returns Policy
The customer is entitled to return the goods within 14 days from delivery on the following conditions.- Returns will only be accepted if the customer has written consent from Galway Mat Supply before the goods are returned.
- The goods must be returned in original packaging to ensure that they are returned without any damage and received in the same condition as when delivered. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- The goods must be returned in a resalable condition. We will not cover any damages caused by a customer.
- The customer does not have any right to return goods ordered over €500 in value unless they are defective or damaged.
- The return right does not cover made-to-measure matting.
- The return right does not cover made-to-order mats.
- The return right does not cover specially ordered items outside our standard product range. This includes products that have been built or customised to your requirements, e.g. a different colour or a bespoke size, as well as products that the customer asked Galway Mat Supply to source from outside our standard range.
- Galway Mat Supply reserves the right to charge a restocking charge for products that are being returned due to mis order by the customer.
2. Refunds and Exchanges
A refund and/or credit will be given via the original payment method. We aim to process your refund and/or credit within 14 days after we have received and approved your return.3. Cancelling an order
