Delivery within Ireland:

Thank you for choosing Galway Mat Supply for your mat needs. Please see below for important information regarding delivery of your order:

Delivery Charges:

• A flat rate delivery charge of €10 applies to standard orders between €1 and €149.
• Orders over €150 qualify for free delivery within Ireland.

Delivery Methods:

• For small and medium deliveries, we use An Post's courier service.
• Heavier orders are delivered using a pallet delivery service.

Dispatch Times:

• Orders placed before midday on weekdays will be dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after midday or over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.

Stock Availability:

• If the mat you ordered is not in stock, you will receive an estimated delivery date shortly after placing your order.

Lead Times:

• While we strive to deliver your order promptly, lead times may vary depending on the time of year.

Order Tracking:

• If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@galwaymatsupply.ie for assistance.

Special Requests:

• If you have any special delivery requests or requirements, please reach out to us before placing your order so we can accommodate your needs.

Click and Collect:

• We offer a Click and Collect option for those who prefer to pick up their orders from our warehouse in Galway. Simply select this option at checkout.

International Delivery:

Shipping to the UK or internationally? No problem!

We ship worldwide using trusted UPS services.

Shipping costs will depend on the size and weight of your order.
