We accept JPG, PNG, or PDF files.

Need help choosing? We’re happy to offer guidance on design, colour, or product selection — just drop us an email.

🧵 Step 2: We Get to Work

Once you confirm your order, we begin production.
Every mat goes through a careful quality check before it’s ready for delivery.

📦 Step 3: Fast & Reliable Delivery

Your order is dispatched via one of our trusted national couriers straight to your door.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
Here’s what you need to know:

General Policy

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Returns require written approval from Galway Mat Supply.
Items must be in original packaging and resalable condition.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important Exceptions

Because our mats are made to order:

Custom, made-to-measure, or specially sourced items cannot be returned, unless they’re defective or damaged.
Orders over €500 are non-refundable unless faulty.
A restocking fee may apply for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
