Our logo mats are easy to care for! They can be:

• Washed at temperatures up to 50ºC in domestic or industrial machines

• Vacuumed, brushed, or cleaned with a pressure washer or carpet cleaner

🛍️ How do I order a logo mat?

It’s simple:

1. Decide on the mat size you need

2. Email your artwork or design idea to sales@galwaymatsupply.ie

3. We’ll send you an artwork proof to review

4. Approve the design by signing and emailing it back

5. We’ll begin production — it takes 7–10 working days for manufacturing and delivery

💳 How can I pay for my logo mat?

Pre-payment is required for all orders. We accept:

• Debit or credit card

• Bank transfer

• Cheque

🖼️ What file formats do you accept for artwork?

For best results, send us a high-resolution image. Preferred formats:

• JPG, TIFF, PDF

• EPS, AI, CDR

• Bitmap files (BMP, TGA, PCX)

📷 Can I use a photograph on my logo mat?

Yes, absolutely!
Just make sure the photo is high-resolution for the best print quality.

🎨 Can I choose any colour for my logo mat?

Yes!
We offer:

• A palette of 150 standard colours

• Access to a colour bank with over 16 million colour options
  Our mats can recreate detailed designs, photo-realistic images, and vibrant solid colours.

🔧 What if something goes wrong with my mat?

We stand behind our quality:

• Every mat is made with high-quality materials and printed at 76 dpi for sharp text, shadows, and even 3D effects

• All mats go through a quality control check

• If there’s a genuine issue, we’ll offer a refund or replacement

🔒 Note: Once artwork is approved and signed off, your mat is custom-made to those exact specifications. Please check your proof carefully before confirming your order.
